🌙 Meet Your Guide

Welcome.

I'm so glad you've found your way here.

My name is Rebekah, and my work sits at the crossroads of tarot, ritual, reflection and Nervous system care.

At its heart, my practice is about helping people come home to themselves.

In a world that often asks us to move faster, perform more, and silence our inner knowing, I offer spaces where we can pause long enough to listen.

Listen to what our lives are trying to tell us.

Listen to the patterns repeating beneath the surface.

Listen to the wisdom that has been quietly waiting for our attention.

Tarot is one of the ways I help people do that.

Not as a tool for predicting a fixed future, but as a mirror, a map, and sometimes a lantern illuminating the next few steps of the path.

My Path

For many years I have worked in occupational therapy, supporting children, young people, and families to better understand themselves and navigate life's challenges. Through this work I developed a deep appreciation for the uniqueness of every individual.

No two nervous systems are the same.

No two journeys unfold in quite the same way.

Alongside my professional work, I have always been drawn to spirituality, symbolism, ritual, storytelling, and the wisdom held within nature's cycles.

The moon. The changing seasons. The old stories.

The moments of transition that ask us to become someone new.

Over time, these two worlds began to weave together.

What emerged was an approach that honours both intuition and practicality, spirit and everyday life.

Because insight is powerful.

But insight that can be integrated into the way we live is transformative.

How I work

My readings are gentle, grounded, and collaborative. I don't believe tarot exists to tell us what will happen. Instead, I believe it helps us uncover what is already present. The cards invite us into conversation with ourselves. They reveal hidden patterns. Illuminate possibilities. Offer new perspectives.

And help us navigate uncertainty with greater clarity and self-trust.

Whether we are exploring a relationship, a life transition, a creative calling, or a season of uncertainty, my role is not to provide all the answers.

My role is to walk beside you while we discover the questions that matter most.

For my Neurodivergent Souls

I have spent 2 decades supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families. Training Schools, professionals and parents. I understand that growth is not simply about mindset.

Our nervous systems matter.

Our environments matter.

Our energy matters.

For many people, particularly those with ADHD or autism, the challenge is not a lack of insight.

It is translating insight into a way of living that feels sustainable and supportive.

This understanding inspired my neurodivergent guidance offerings, which blend tarot, reflection, practical structure, and nervous system awareness.

These spaces are designed to help you honour your natural rhythms rather than constantly trying to fit yourself into systems that were never built with you in mind.

Lets Connect;

Whether you arrive here seeking clarity, comfort, guidance, structure, or simply a moment to reconnect with yourself, you are welcome.

My hope is that our work together helps you remember something important:

You do not need to become someone else to move forward.

The path often begins by returning to who you already are.
